Following a pre-announcement, which you received from us several weeks ago,
we would hereby like to invite you to the meeting on
Wednesday, March 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the clubhouse
On this occasion we would like to inform you about the following matters:

* Outcomes Qualitative research among members of the Rosendaelsche Golfclub
* Findings following three interactive sessions on 13, 20 and 21 January about the catering and the Clubhouse.
* Actions taken by the board in response to the recommendations presented by the Financial Advisory Committee at the re-instated General Members' Meeting on 17 December and adopted by the board.
* Insights gained from interviews with similar golf clubs related to the catering industry.

In addition, our operator Laurens van Spankeren will present the Plan of Action for the Hospitality Industry.
