If you are 18 years or older on the intended effective date of your membership:

Membership applications for adults aged 28 and older are possible twice a year, with an effective date of January 1 or July 1. An application must be supported by three members of the Rosendaelsche Golfclub, each of whom has been a continuous voting member for at least three years.

Since 2024, the Rosendaelsche Golfclub has implemented a special membership fee structure for individuals aged 18 to 34. For details, please refer to the 'Rates' document.

However, for young adults in the 18 to 34 age group, the three sponsors may include a maximum of two members under 34 years old, in addition to one or two voting members over 34 years old. Each of the three sponsors must have been a member for at least three years.

The sponsors are expected to be able to provide a very good and comprehensive profile of the prospective member.

Part of the admission procedure is an interview with three members of the ACNL: the Advisory Committee for New Members. Your application form and the thoroughly completed sponsorship forms will be used to prepare for your interview. These forms are therefore of great importance to the committee members.

Members are permitted to support a maximum of two applications per calendar year, which includes any support for an aspiring junior member.

Your application, accompanied by three completed forms from the sponsors, must be submitted online by April 30th and September 30th respectively. You are responsible for notifying the sponsors about completing these forms.

Applications for junior membership are also accepted twice annually, with effective dates of January 1st or July 1st. The secretariat must receive the application by April 30th or September 30th respectively.

Junior membership applications for children without parents or grandparents who are members of the Rosendaelsche Golfclub must be supported by three members of the Rosendaelsche Golfclub, each of whom has been a continuous voting member for at least three years. 

Every newly registered junior member up to 18 years of age is an aspirant member for the first year. An aspirant membership is automatically converted to a junior membership after one year if there is sufficient enthusiasm for golf and sufficient affinity with the club.
